Lindsay Hays founded Grace Public Relations with a pedigree of having worked at some of Chicago’s top agencies. She worked her way through the ranks of Weber Shandwick Worldwide in Chicago, where she worked with a number of Fortune 100 clients such as Allstate, ADM, world-renown law and real estate firms, and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Lindsay contributed to several award-winning publicity campaigns including the PR Week “Campaign of the Year” for work surrounding the Sarbanes-Oxley Reform Act on behalf of a major law firm, and the agency was awarded “Agency of the Year” by both The Holmes Report and PR Week during the time she worked for the company.

Lindsay honed her lifelong passion for the hospitality industry at Wagstaff Worldwide in Chicago, consulting a variety of restaurants and high-end lounges. Extensive travel abroad also heightened her interest and appreciation for all things culinary and cultural. She sharpened her hospitality expertise while at the helm of the lifestyle practice of Zapwater Communications, where she worked with fashion and non-profit organizations, in addition to restaurant and nightlife clientele. Lindsay has been selected to perform public relations on behalf of the Chicago Sun-Times. In addition to media strategy, Lindsay specializes in events and has executed a multitude of dynamic launches and special events. An entrepreneur at heart, Lindsay is thrilled to bring her nimble approach, proactive nature and industry know-how to each client she and the Grace PR team serve. She feels lucky that her interests and appetite for local and national news coincide with her everyday “work”.

Lindsay graduated from Miami of Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Communications and Public Relations. She also studied European and American Literature and Art at the Miami University European Center in Luxembourg.
